The basic idea behind the Nykaa Cookie Crumble Nail Paint range is that these nail paints come in pretty pastel shades with tiny black specks embedded through the formula, to resemble cookie crumbs. The range comprises of 7 shades and I picked up Cherry Crunch – a muted pink shade with the cookie flecks running throughout. Cherry Crunch is a perfect nude shade for my complexion, which makes this nail paint look pretty subtle despite the black flecks. In fact, I feel that the Cookie Crumble range, in general, is a great way to flaunt some nail art without going overboard. These nail paints can even be worn to work without looking flashy.

The formula of the nail paint is similar to that of other Nykaa cream nail paints. It is thin and runny and spreads quite easily on the nails and also dries up within a few minutes. The pigmentation is a little sheer, so you need 2-3 coats to get a fully opaque finish. The nail paint does not chip off for a good 4-5 days but the colour does begin to fade off a little in a couple of days. Also, because of the flecks, it is a little difficult to remove the product with a regular nail paint remover, but it is definitely not too hard either.

Priced at INR 199, this nail paint is a fun nail colour to have in your stash when you want something different and cute on your fingers πŸ™‚
